AC-Plug here V1.02 ~ free
http://www.iopus.com/acplug.htm
Always Connected Plug (AC-Plug)
ISPs often disconnect their users when there is no activity detected for a
certain period of time. This software prevents that disconnection from
happening. The =93AC-Plug=94 sends periodic signals that will keep your
Internet connection active.
The program interface consists mainly of a single ON / OFF switch, it is
extremely easy to use and requires no technical knowledge or configuration.
AC-Plug runs in the Windows system tray, uses the global Windows Internet
settings and does everything automatically.
The AC-Plug is FREEWARE.
Note: AC-Plug works with most ISPs, however, problems have been reported
with some non-standard ISPs: AOL; Juno; Freeserve; Netzero and MSN. We are
working on a solution for these ISPs to be included in the next release of
AC-Plug.

Perfect Drivers
http://www.perfectdrivers.com/
Welcome to Perfect Drivers. Looking for a driver?
You've come to the right place.
At Perfect Drivers, things are done a little differently then they are at
some other places on the internet. To begin, we are not owned by a
corporation. We are just a small group of computer people who offer to help
others for free. Some of us are bench techs, some are system admins and for
some, computers are just a hobby.

Spychaser

Freeware
Win95/98/ME/NT/2K
Ever downloaded a 'Free' program only to find out it was Spyware?
(Banner Advertiser Supported) Or even worse, many will hide the
Spyware functions and not tell you. At the time of this release
there were 762 known Spyware programs and Spy Chaser lists them
and lets you enter a program name to see if it's on this
list.

Change Registered User Info
You can change Windows' registered user and company info from
System Registry. Open the Registry Editor by selecting Start,
Run, typing regedit, and clicking OK. Navigate to this key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion
You'll see the RegisteredOrganization and RegisteredOwner string
values (or AB icons) in the right pane. To change one of these
values, double click it to open its Edit String dialog, type in
the new information,
and press OK. Repeat for the other entry if necessary, and close
RegEdit. Note: This changes the default registered user info. Any
program registration, dial-up connection, or logon you've already
created with the previous name will stay in effect.
Note: Windows NT/2K/XP users should find the same info in this
key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion
~~~~
Remember: Before making Any registry change either suggested by
us or anyone else, Backup your registry! One wrong move in the
registry could render windows inoperable! With a current backup
you can restore your registry to its previous condition before
you made the change. Backing up is a simple procedure that takes
seconds and can save you hours of work later if you make a
mistake.
Antivirus software is a good choice to scan your system for possible viruses,
however no virus scanner is 100% effective as manufactures cannot keep up with
the rapid change of viruses that happens daily.
Be sure to update yours regularly.
