I have mentioned the possibility of an evening at The Fentons Rink in
Tunbridge Wells for an evening of curling and have contacted them for a few
dates and times when we could hopefully have a large group i.e. 24 people
which would give us the 3 lanes.
It would work out at £20 per person which would include equipment, shoes
and instruction. They have a bar there, but no catering facilities
although they do have a firm that will bring meals in if pre booked and
paid for. They require a deposit of £60 per lane on booking and the
balance to be paid 4 weeks before the booking date so we need to sort this
out asap if we are going to do it.
The dates they have available at the moment are
18.03.17 at 6 pm
25.03.17 at 8 pm
01.04.17 at 8 pm
08.04.17 at 6 pm
15.04.17 at 6 pm and 8 pm This is Easter weekend
22.04.17 at 8 pm
On a recent trip for an evening of bowling, we went to a neary Frankie and
Bennys restaurant so this is the other option if there is something nearby.
Please could you let me have your thoughts, preferance to date and time so
that I can sort this out.
