[micisusers] Re: Norma leaving the Help Desk

Mary, Norma and the Gang,

You were all a great help when I first learned MICIS a few years back.. I
think I had both Mary and Norma on speedial, especially with the Dec
count.  Everyone was always so patient with help and questions.
