Most of you have received kind and supportive help from Norma Hackett, who has 
been the MI-CIS and EETRK help desk guru for nearly twenty years.  She has been 
"best friend" to many of you during data submissions and has helped identify 
bugs, reset passwords, run reports, and explain computer functions .
We are sad for our users but happy for Norma to announce that she has accepted 
a new job providing Technical Assistance for a national vendor with Special 
Education and eventually Early On clients in Michigan.
Norma's last day will be tomorrow, Tuesday, April 24, 2012. She will be on 
vacation and then start her new career in May. Her email address will remain 
nhackett@xxxxxxxxxx<mailto:nhackett@xxxxxxxxxx> until the end of September.

Katie Lukeman will take over Norma's duties.  The IIS help desk contact
