All-

I have just been officially appointed as the new Region 8 Ohio Local
History Alliance representative.  I will be heading to Columbus for
orientation and my first meeting later this month, so more to report
then…but I am  filling an vacated position, so this term only lasts for a
year.  Totally excited (insert happy dance here) and had to share with
y’all.
