 Dear Member,



Greetings from IAESTE IndiaMIT. Round 4 and Round 5 offers for the exchange
year 2010 have now been released. You are advised to visit our website
www.iaeste.in to check the same.

You are requested to go through the details provided on the IAESTE IndiaMIT
website and exercise your choice decisively. The format for *Application
Form* and *Fact Sheet* is available at Resources section of Offers 2010.


 Please follow the guidelines for application available on the website.

The dates and timings for application of Round 4 are as follows:
29th March, 2010 (Monday) - 4:30pm to 6:30pm

The dates and timings for application of Round 5 are as follows:
1st April, 2010 (Thursday) - 4:30pm to 6:30pm
2nd April, 2010 (Friday) - 4pm to 6pm



Final year students currently in Practice School can apply by sending their
Fact Sheet, Application Form in a single .pdf format document to
application@xxxxxxxxxx The supporting documents must be sent as an
additional pdf in the same email. Please quote the ID No as mentioned on the
membership card.

The deadline for applying for fourth round of offers for all Practice School
applicants is 19:00 hours (IST), 29  March, 2010. Please be informed that
the server shall reject all mails addressed after 19:00 hours (IST).


The deadline for applying for fifth round of offers for all Practice School
applicants is 18:00 hours (IST), 2  April, 2010. Please be informed that the
server shall reject all mails addressed after 18:00 hours (IST).





*Note:
*

   - Members are advised to check the offers in detail. Members can apply
   for interdisciplinary offers.
   - Members who have bagged an offer in Round 1 or Round 2 or those
   blacklisted will not be allowed to participate in Round 4 and Round 5. All
   the others are eligible to apply for Round 4 and Round 5.
   - Please be informed that in case you are selected for an offer in Round
   3, your application for Round 4 / Round 5 will be withdrawn and you will be
   given the offer you were selected for in Round 3.
    - Members who applied for previous rounds need not submit the supporting
   documents (proof for what you state in the Fact Sheet) again. However, if
   there are any additions to your fact sheet then you will have to furnish
   documents supporting it.
   - Round 5 is open for non-members as well. You can inform your friends
   who are interested.
