yep. dealing with money is the main reason for having the association. I'll
try to do a english version of the rules soonish or I could come by NF in
the beginning of next week to go thought them with you if you like or we
could actually have a bit larger meet to talk about this if people are
willing to come?

The current rules draft pretty much enables this :) hence my earlier comment
"the network stuff would pretty much stay as they are"
