Yep. the idea was to have an xml file that describes "everything" in an
event from name and location to program schedule. The client side (website,
mobile app or whatever) visualises the data using the xml. The benefit of
this that the data needs to be updated on in one place and all client have
the latest version.

One of the design goals with this is that it would be useful for any summit
like event. So the first and perhaps the most important thing is to define
the xml format.

One other thing to do at some point is an graphical editor for these xmls.
