Hi there,

Some of you possibly missed our first community meeting ~two weeks ago. The
form of our meetings is still in the process of finding final form. Here's
some suggestions to make it smooth and pleasant experience.

1. The meeting will be 1 hour long, which is not a long time. Therefore,
read the agenda in advance. Read also the given information about the items,
links etc so that you know what is being discussed. Next meeting agenda can
be found from here:
http://wiki.meego.com/Local_MeeGo_Networks/MeeGo_Network_Finland/Meeting_Agenda_2011_01_03

2. If you are a team lead or member of some team.
Team leads (or members of the team) should add (in agenda) whatever needs to
be told about your activity -briefly- in the section "Team reports". It will
be a permanent section in future agendas. If the team report says: nothing
to report, it will be skipped in the meeting. Active teams lure more
members, than those which have nothing to say.

3. If you have something that needs to be discussed.
And you can't find it in agenda, you can add it into it no later than 24
hours before the meeting starts. If you get an idea or topic during the
meeting, you can bring it up in the last item of the meeting: "All other
business (Open Items and General Questions)". Note that time to discuss
issues under this topic is often limited or scars.

4. All meetings are held in #meego-meeting channel and begin promptly 20:00
Which is official MeeGo meeting channel. All discussions will be logged and
will be public to the world. We use MeeGoMeetingBot to get minute meetings
automatically.

That's about it.
