I would use the plural possessive (six years') , though some other options
nowadays may be acceptable.

By day I am an employment specialist who is baffled by something. 

 

Often in resumes bullets are used to describe skills, etc. So punctuation is
limited. My question is:

 

When describing the length of one's experience which is correct?

 

 

 

Six years experience providing customer service 

 

or

 

Six year's experience providing customer service

 

 

 

I would greatly appreciate your help on this.
