TOPIC: BUSINESS RECYCLING
Please join us Thursday, September 11th, at the Hereford House - Town Center
Plaza, when Bob Akers of the Kansas City Surplus Exchange and Electronics
Recycling Center ( http://www.surplusexchange.org/ ) will discuss the
environmental and financial benefits of recycling office equipment and
electronics. In addition to its great service to the business community,
charities, and the environment, The Surplus Exchange also offers other
innovative programs such as assistance for Non-Profit organizations in
acquiring new technologies.
TIME: Registration begins at 11:30 AM with lunch being served
at noon.
COST: No charge for members. Visitors and guests are always
encouraged to attend. There is a $17 charge at the door for
visitors and
non-members; however, there is no fee for first-time guests who are
considering membership.
We expect this to be a popular topic and meeting location, so please
RSVP by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, September 8th. To make your reservation, please
