Extras are not bothering me either.

When I go into the extras menu using VO m twice, the menus read out fine, I
scroll through a bunch until I get to notifications.
I Finder when I jump to a new window, or stop interacting then interact, I’m
not noticing any misbehaviour. I tried icon view, not sure what it supposed to
do other than present the files in a grid. It seemed a touch sluggish, but the
file titles and folder names read out fine.
So, either waht Cheryl read that said the problem you’re experiencing is the
new normal is wrong, and your’e experiencing a glitch. Or it’s right and my not
experiencing the problem is the glitch.
Right now I’m having trouble replicating icon view in finder. I switch to it,
and then try moving away and back to that finder window, and I’ve been switched
back to column view.
I don’t think it is an issue of RAM, My Macbook Air isn’t blessed with a lot
of RAM, 4 Gb, and I routinely have way too much stuff running and haven’t ever
had this problem. We need to come up with a cool name for it by the way, easier
to solve a problem when it has a cool name. I have way too much stuff in my
hard drive because I’m negligent, I’ under 6 Gb available of the 128 in my SSD.
Cheryl can you find the reference that said this problem was the new normal?
Next question that is currently keeping me from my actual job, does the problem
resolve itself given time with the given finder window open? Cheryl you
mentioned it happened more when you first interact with a window, does that
mean it gets better with time? Like maybe the computer is taking tiem to
sort/index/present that window, and Voiceover is having trouble keeping up?
Ha! I’ve procrastianted actual work long enough and now it’s lunch time. I’d
better fuel up before I get back to work.

The closest issue I’m having is that in the extras menu you get to with VO m
twice I need to VO space to activate the menu instead of just VO sown arrow
like in the regular menu. Nothing is happpening behind the scenes that
Voiceover isn’t speaking, the menus just don’t activate without a nudge.

"Entering" apparently means that is what you are on but often vo-f6 no
longer gives you a list of what is selected.
