[macvoiceover] usb failure maybe?

HI all,
This is a bit ot but was mentioned in another thread so I'm putting
this out there. usb is primarily software that interacts with the
hardware. I don't think installing software or updating your system
will kill hardware but it might corrupt the software that manages it.
My suggestion is to run the combo update and then run permission
repair. if that doesn't work, you could try resetting the pram and if
that doesn't work, contact apple or plug ina card reader if you have
or can get one and see if that works, if it does, it is not the usb
that is at fault. You might actually try resetting the pram before
doing the combo update.
