Hi May,
Sometimes a message pops up in iTunes asking you to confirm an action,
and if you don't confirm it or not confirm it it will just sit there.
To find out if there is such a message press VO followed by F2 twice
quickly to bring up the window chooser. Check if there is a message
window there and if there ispress return on it and then respond to the
prompt in that window.
