Hi,
To answer your questions:
1. I don't have anything connected to my computer 2. It mostly happens in
safari, and/or mail.
3. There is no specific time or place when it happens. Sometimes it is constant
and sometimes it doesn't happen at all. I tried to turn off and on voice over,
which sometimes helps, but doesn't at other times.
