[macvoiceover] sl: two mail questions

Hi, folks,
First, I successfully installed the new fuzzy kitty, big fuzzy kitty
at that.
Two mail questions:
1. How do I turn the preview pane back on? I didn't find anything in
the view menu.
2. Sl is no longer reading message header fields,; to, cc, etc.
