I would think the traditional envelope option would be appropriate for what you want to do. Richie Gardenhire, Anchorage, Alaska.

I would like to address and print out a standard envelope using pages. the envelope would be the size that an 8 and a half by 11 inch paper would fit in when it is folded in 3. When I arrow through the template list, I hear options such as modern envelope, traditional envelope, and so on. Do you know which envelope is the appropriate one?

GarageBand is a program mainly for musicians. It is Apple's entry level recording program followed by Logic Express, then, Logic Pro and it works fine for small studios. If you do not have some what of a background in music, you will not get along well with GB. It is largely accessible and the guides should be a help to you.

If you want to record records, tapes and so on to CD, something like Amadeus Pro, or, Audacity will work for you much better.

Most of the time when folks have problems with GB it is when they do not have a music background and they are looking for something to play with, however, GarageBand is not a toy.
