Hello,
Sometimes, it might take ABBYY Fine Reader Express quite a while to process
materials. Especially something like a book. I just leave things alone till the
actual save dialog is announced. Then, I either leave the name the same as the
original document or I type in a new name. Then, ABBYY goes into TextEdit and
the processed and saved document is there for you to read.
