what do you mean by mouseover is being read correctly?

Items on web pages that provide extra textual information when the mouse hovers over them. For example, look at the calendar on Lioncourt.com. The dates with posts on them read the title of the post when VO moves to the date. The article titles only appear visually when the mouse hovers over the date. This is called a Mouseover, and VO did not read these in Safari 3.
