AH, I do run in to this from time to time and I think that this is
something that Apple is working on, or at least should be.
I find that if I go to the navagation tab in Voiceover preferences
and check, "group items in web pages, that things run a little more
smoothly.

When reading text, if VO gets to something that is formatted text,
bold, italicized, etc, it stops, and I have to press the down arrow
to keep going, after each formatted item. Is this a known issue? Is
there something I can do to keep this from happening?
