[macvoiceover] program-window

Hello all,
I have some strange problem with the programm-choser:
When I press vo+f1F1 to open the list of the open programs on that moment, I
see a item "system dialogue windows".
I can't open it with vo+space or command+down.
I mean, when I doe one of this actions, I can't see what's below it.
Can someone give some tips?
