This is appaling. Though granted the author reports a positive in almost every category, it is grossly overshadowed by the negatives that follow. If the findings were reported to Apple that would be one thing. AFter all, the author is a beta tester for Snow Leopard, right? Well, Apple should chew him up and spit him off the team! Marcy
