[macvoiceover] manually synking my ipod

HI all,
I have connected my ipod to my mac for the first time and want to set it up so
that I can manually synk music to it. I have checked the box in the ipod area
that says manually synk music, however I don't understand how to select the
music I want to go on to my ipod.
