Hi Sam,I know what's going on with your rules now. The same thing happened to me. Your creating the wrong rules. That mailing list doesn't have its name in "From". Its found only in the message content. I did something like that but I picked subject line and then I realized, viphone isn't there either. lol. So just edit the rule to look in the message content.
