No, it isn't, because, when you elect to have an analog clock vs. a digital one, the time itself does not change, it still reads as exactly the same, therefore, there's no room there to call anything a bug. Yes, it changes a visual element, but in that case, the visual element does nothing to affect the way vo reads the time.
