[macvoiceover] itunes is unusable now with VO in SL?

Okay, so has anyone found a way to make the latest Itunes work?  I get "busy," 
and VO refuses to work for me; I can't do anything with it like sort newly 
imported tracks or whatever.  Can I get a copy of the older version somewhere?
