O, you mean like the virtual machines not being accessible? a virtual macine works just like a computer, and no program (not even a screen reader) can see the contents inside that virtual machine, unless it's configured to do so. THe program itself is though... and vmware fusion can automatically do unattended installs of alsmot any version of windows, and any linux system is realatively easy to get up and running.

Also, the tools that shipped with it weren't accessible either.
Admittedly, I've not bothered with it since then, so perhaps it's gotten better.
