Hi all,
I've been compairing peter with alex for a week or so now and I find
something peculiar about how vo works with peter as opposed to alex.
When I am using Peter, sometimes, vo will crash and there is no
pattern I can find. Alex may do this once in a while but not nearly
as often as peter does.
Also, when reading message lists for instance, peter will lag in
refreshing the content whereas alex keeps up. I'm able to listen to
alex at a faster rate and still hear him clearly.
I'm not saying I don't like peter, I'm saying though that if you
decide to take him for a spin, be aware of these findings. I like
peter for story telling but prefer alex or even a less natural voice
like ralph for computer interaction.
