[macvoiceover] fire Vox (fwd)

Firefox and fire vox--now we'll really get you confused, Keith!!!
I tried to install the program installed below but ran into a problem because the final step calls for one to install the firevox extension for firefox by opening and using firefox itself--something I can't do without sighted help. Have written the program contact to see if there's a way to do this step via the terminal or a possibility of making an installer for it or if there's another way to do it.

Maybe this has been posted before and i missed it. fire vox is supposed to work on windows, Mac and linux. Installation looks like it might be a bit of a pain but if it works even partly, it might be worth it. Has anybody tried this?
