Hello Marie,

Yes, I'm running SL with the Snow Leopard compatible version that was recently released. After the components list, bu tabs show up with input being first. I VO-Space to select it, go all the way to the bottom of the window and find the empty scroll area. If your mouse cursor is tracking the VoiceOver cursor, you should be able to do VO- Shift-Space. :)

Nic

you were lucky. I used to have to load a effects patch and vo-- shift--space would then bring up the menu. Maybe I have the effects in the wrong place? because now I can't even open the effect patches for this to work for me. where do you have your patches located and are you also running SL?
thanks for your help

Hi Marie

Yes, you can click on the scroll area with VO-shift-space. A menu will open. I have spoken to Rogue Amoeba about this, and I hear it might be redesigned to become more accessible concerning this particular problem. I hope we're thinking about the same area, but we probably are. In that case, it has always been that way, even in Leopard. At least for me.

Guys,
I know this is just a headache but since SL the effects area is completely inaccessible unless I'm missing something. has any of you genuises found a solution. I don't care about multiple effects, never had it so don't miss it, but I like to route my itunes through my external speakers while hearing everything else through my headset. I used to be able to do this by using the app mixer in ahp, but sadly now, nothing seems to work. any help would be greatly appreciatd.
thanks
Marie
