[macvoiceover] Re: deleting characters

Just make sure the curser is to the right of the character you wish to delete.  
this, of course, assumes you have left the Voice OVer's curser reporting at the 
default which is to tell you what the curser is passing over rather than just 
what is to the right of the curser as in windows.
