I don't understand the idea that you can't restart vo with command-f5.
sometimes if I'm having problems I can't but ordinarily I can.
Did you really mean that as a blanket statement or did you mean that
specifically when vo is having problems? While the method you mention
works, my understanding (which could be incorrect) is that this could be
dangerrous because if you turn it off in Universal access and then fail to
get it turned back on, then it won't start up again, even if you reboot,
unless you get into Universal Access.
