First, I can only select one page at a time. Second, the stupid file
seems to be encrypted; every time I try to copy a selection, I get
asked for a password, which I don't have. Thus I can't paste anything
anywhere. Third, in services, all the options you speak of are
dimmed, so I can't use them. Maybe it's the encryption that's
screwing it up.
