what key strokes you looking for Sam? there are keystrokes that are all labelled in the menus, for example, next chapter previous chapter etc. As David said, VO--\ is used to expand tables. and if you think there should be other controls them hit vo--shift--m that will bring up the contextual menu. Like in most OS's there are keyboard short cuts and they are there.
