I guess I'd phrase it differently. Beware of upgrading to Snow leopard
if you really need third-party plugins and apps. In my case, I'll have
the best of both worlds. I'll do a full superduper backup before
installing Snow Leopard and thus will have an OS into which I can boot
if I discover that something I need is no longer functional.
