Hi Marcy,

I agree with you.  I'm thinking it is along the same bug lines as the VoiceOver 
settings randomly resetting here and there.  I also experience VoiceOver 
restarting once in a great while.  No complaint here, just sharing my personal 
experience.  
I did take a look at the notes for Snow Leopard 6.3, which reportedly has just 
been seeded for the first time.  Many areas had fixes specifically listed, but 
the VoiceOver section just said "Various Improvements".  I'm so addicted to 
looking forward to updates, it's not funny. Smile
