[macvoiceover] changing instruments in gb

it can't be done. I was told by a friend that changing the instruments
in grauge band isn't accessible.
 if they are wrong then someone please, write a message starting from
the basics. After you open the program, then what?
 I know we have been through this allready but the instructions I was
given failed me.
