[macvoiceover] changing email for Apple ID

Apologies if this is deemed off list however I'm not sure where else to post.

I have recently got a new email that I'd like to use with my Apple Id - Am I 
able to change this email and still use songs, apps etc downloaded with my 
previous Apple Id and old email address?
