[macvoiceover] can't find safari beta 4

Hi all, when I go to
http://www.apple.com/safari/download
and press the download now link, I can't find safari beta 4, plus, one
of the links, when I press it, gives the heading, hmmmmmmm, page not
found, so where is the link for safari beta 4, or, do we have to be
members with an i d,, or something like that, to get the download?  I
keep going in circles up there, but I can't find the link, so I wish
people would give the actual url for the safari beta 4 link, or, tell
the list specifically where to go to download the beta, and thanks very
much in advance.
