[macvoiceover] Re: calendar reminders

Hello Randy,

To schedule a new event in iCal, hit command N. You will be presented with an
edit box to name your appointment. You can VO right arrow to the Event details
scroll area. Interact with this area to input your details for the
appointment. Most of this stuff is self explanatory. Use VO right or left
arrow to navigate the options. When you arrive at the from field, you will
need to interact to set the date and time. You will use the VO and arrow keys.
You will first encounter the month, continue to hold down VO while arrowing up
or down to select the month. After the month is selected, continue holding Vo
and right arrow to the hour. Again, continue holding VO and up or down arrow
to select the hour. Continue holding down the VO keys and right arrow to the
minutes, and repeat. Next, stop interacting with the from field and VO right
to the To field. Interact and repeat the process to end the appointment time.
When all of your selections have been set, stop interacting with the event
scroll area and hit the done button.
