[macvoiceover] backuping virtual machine

Hello,
I have installed vmware fusion on my mac and now a virtual machine with windows xp pro and window eyes is running. So, everything works well and I would like to backup this viertual machine for a later restore. So, me question, how can I make a backup to store on a dvd for later restore?
