Hello everyone,
I've now figured out a pretty useful workaround that solved my problem
with the non-existant insert key on the Mac book and the caps lock key
not working as the Jaws key under VmWare Fusion. The solution is found
in the Jaws Keyboard Manager, where you can assign key commands to the
various Jaws scripts, like refresh screen, say line, etc. You can
easily map them to keystrokes that work with Vm Fusion, using the alt
key! For example, refresh screen now is alt + r on my keyboard, and
this just works wonderful! Alternatively, you could also assign the
function keys to Jaws, I've successfully tried that as well. Hope that
helps some of you who want to run Windoes using a virtual machine!
