The voice over utility is an application so command-q applies, command is to 
either side of the space bar.

When I am in the VO interface making verbosity changes I noticed that their 
is no "OK" option. What do I do to make sure the changes save and to close 
the program. Also is the command key the Apple key to the immediate left of 
the space bar?
