MobileMe has a lot of features including the ability to back up much
of your data to a server. You wouldn't want to do this for large
amounts of data, like your music or movie collections, but for
documents, address book, and so on, it's excellent. It's quite
accessible, too. I've been using it for a couple of weeks now and love
it. I haven't played much with the web interfaces, but I've heard
from others that they're also quite usable, if a little strange at
first. I plan to play with them more, but what i have seen seems to
work fine with VoiceOver.

Hi, guys.
Isn’t dot mac the thing one uses as a virtual server where you can
back up all your info or upload content? I’m about to reconfigure
my Mac and would like to back up my documents and libraries to a
server instead of an external hard drive. Would dot mac be the best
solution, or is that tied in now with mobile me to the point where
it isn’t quite accessible anymore? I read something about that on
the list several days ago, so now I’m a little confused.
Thanks for any help you can provide.
