[macvoiceover] VO and Mail

Hi
I can't seem to get VO to move back up to the folder area of Mail so I can look
in other boxes like my trash folder. I've tried VO keys and J and tab and
option which have woked for me before. Any thoughts. I'd like to be able to
see my other folders.
