Hmmm...you'd think the mac would let you use the line-in...I might do some

Hi folks,

I don't think just pluging a mike in the line in jack will work, I don't
think it will show up.

You either need to use a USB mike like the Snowball, or, some other USB
mike, or, a USB, or, firewire interface if you want to use something other
than a USB mike.
