And now the rest of the story.

I took some time to day after work to see if I could make this thing work.

I can now record from Audio Hijack pro and Audio-in.

I will do most of my recording from Audio-in because it is so simple to use, however when something requires EQ I will use Audio Hijack Pro.

I had some problem getting enough volume out of the I-mike, but when I went in to preferences and turned up the control on the I-mike, all was well.

Thank you David and Cheryl for taking time out of your busy day to help get this stuff through my thick head.

I like my MAC more every day.
