Hi Adam.

I thought there were issues with transmission on the mac. If its usable i'll go and give it a try now.

What exactly doesn't work in transmission?

Hi,

Have you tried transmition, that was fairly accessible last time I
tried it. I wouldn't use uTorrent as I have read of lots of people
having problems with the latest versions and the last one I tried just
froze on my machine.

There is also a command-line (terminal) based client called rtorrent
which is what I currently use, although this may not be the easiest
thing to set up.

All the best,
Adam..

have you tried bittorrent? I have no experience but I do know someone

HI all.

Just wondering if anyone on the list can tell me which app works
best for downloading torrents on the mac?
I've tried a couple of torrent applications and they don't appear to
be voice over compatible at all.
I don't know if i'm jut not used to torrents or what but all I want
is a simple program that tells me how much of the download is
remaining and is simple to set up and use.
I hear uTorrent works well but wanted to here others experiences.
Thanks to anyone who can assist.
