[macvoiceover] Re: Top and bottom of document

It also seems like the descriptions in keyboard help don't always apply to
standard key usage like they do for VO keystrokes. Command up arrow just says
command up arrow, no way for a new user to learn that as top of document unless
a helpful use on a list mentions it.
