Hello,
before asking a question, I have searched in the archive and found a answer on
my question but I tried without success.

I write me remarks between the stapes.

remark: vo+f2 twice gives me the window choosier.
Per haps its vo+m twice: the status menu with time-machine, clock, battery...?

remark: in the menu time-machine with vo+m twice, I have timemachine in the
menu with the following options (translated from dutch):
newest copy (date and time of the newest copy)
make now a time-machine copy
activate tim-machine
open time-machine preferences

Is it one of this 4 options?

So, can someone explain more?

thax alot for your help,
best regards,
William
